Video Relay Service Upgrades --- by: jlaws --- Posted on: Aug. 2nd 2008 at 00:02 CST
As posted in our support announcements:

We are upgrading all of our Video Relay systems from Core2Duo systems to single Quadcore Xeon X3210's with 4GB Ram each. This should allow us to extend our video services to more persons with a more stable and jitter-free experience. The IPs and DNS will NOT be changing, we will be porting the IPs over to the new machine in the next few hours. As 1-3AM EST on a Saturday morning is about as "non-prime" as we can get in competitive gaming service hours, we don't expect clients to have noticeable interruption of service. If there is, our apologies. Hopefully the upgrades are well worth the short period of downtime expected (15-20 minutes).

Washington DC POP --- by: jlaws --- Posted on: July 30th 2008 at 15:57 CST

We're happy to announce the addition of Washington DC to our location map. Utilizing 100% InterNAP connectivity, this new location will bulk up our East coast offerings. It may take a little time for this to be added to our network map, however it is already on our order forms as "Coming Soon!".
