As our video relay service has expanded we have continued to utilize ever bulkier hardware to handle the connections, demos and bandwidth. Gigenet network engineers have been alerted of issues with specific carriers connecting over one of our core routers. As a result, an upgrade to replace the affected router which was planned for next week is being pushed forward to tonight.
