New York, NY Changes - Last Week of October 2008
We've been very unsatisfied with the network provided by Mzima in New York. We have no choice but to begin utilizing another network. The decision was made to move to a network in Newark, New Jersey this last week of October. This network consists of a mixture of InterNAP, Level 3, WorldComm, and AT&T. We believe that this will improve latency and consistency for clients across the board. If you are currently utilizing our New York gaming services, expect to receive a new service IP before the end of October.
**Note: We will also be moving our New York Ventrilo network the first half of November. We will have a totally different DNS for this location to help avoid DNS issues for clients (gotham2.hidef-voice.com).**
